Fulham FC Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic Health & Wellbeing Coach to deliver sport, physical activity and wellbeing programmes across South West London, supporting communities in Lambeth, Merton, Hammersmith & Fulham, Wandsworth and Kingston.
You will work on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, travel between sites, and collaborate with partners to improve health, reduce loneliness and create social connections while upholding safeguarding and quality standards.
