SEND Designated Clinical Officer: Collaborative Health Lead

NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board is recruiting a Designated Clinical Officer (SEND) to oversee health needs of children and young people with SEND, across Bristol and North Somerset. You will work with health, education, social care and voluntary partners to ensure statutory requirements are met and services align with evidence-based practice.
