OTD & Sales Plannning Specialist & Manager-UK(A13846A)

Job Responsibilities:

1. 1. Build and continuously optimize the local vehicle delivery management system (Port → PDI → Logistics → Dealer → Customer)
2. 2. Coordinate new vehicle delivery plans, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
3. 3. Develop and implement vehicle delivery SOPs, quality standards, and delivery checklists.
4. 4. Design and execute high-end customer delivery ceremony processes to enhance brand experience.
5. 5. Handle delivery damages, quality issues, and customer complaints, promoting cross-departmental closed-loop processes.
6. 6. Establish a delivery KPI system, conduct data analysis, and continuously optimize processes.
7. 7. Be responsible for tracking overseas monthly production schedules, sorting sales, production, export and logistics data to supervise UK delivery status, and organizing planning & order review meetings with follow-up on meeting documents and outcomes release.
8. 8. Support formulating and optimizing HQ production scheduling processes, analyze sales data, and undertake other auxiliary production & sales management work for XPeng Motors.

Job Requirements:

1. 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry delivery, logistics, supply chain, or 4S store management.
3. 3. Familiarity with local vehicle import procedures, port operations, and local logistics regulations is preferred.
4. 4. Team management experience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
5. 5. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
