Support Worker: Adults with Learning Disabilities & PBS

IBC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to an adult with learning disabilities in Droylsden West. You will work within PBS and trauma-informed care to promote routine, independence and community involvement, while maintaining dignity and choice.
