Our client, a leading organisation in the Information Security sector, is seeking two dynamic Vice Presidents to join their Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. This temporary role, based in London, offers a unique chance to contribute significantly to the organisation’s cyber security initiatives over a 12-month contract. With a daily rate ranging from £450 to £800, this full-time position promises to be both rewarding and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Line Governance: Enhance the Cyber GRC framework and support governance forums with clear documentation and action tracking.
- Cyber Risk Management: Oversee the management and closure of cyber risks, ensuring alignment with accountable owners and thorough documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate responses to regulatory requirements, translating complex regulations into actionable controls.
- Policy Governance: Aid policy owners in reviewing and updating cyber policies, maintaining alignment with regulations and frameworks.
- Metrics & Reporting: Manage the monthly cyber metrics cycle, ensuring comprehensive reporting on performance, risks, and controls.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary contact across EMEA, facilitating communication and addressing control weaknesses with senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven expertise in Cyber GRC, cyber risk, security governance, or assurance within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
- Experience producing executive management information, key risk indicators, and risk reporting.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to influence and support teams without direct authority while maintaining collaborative relationships.
