Order to Cash Analyst — Hybrid, KPI & Process Improvement

Serco Group plc is seeking a Finance OTC specialist to support day-to-day operations within a hybrid UK hub. You will collaborate with offshore processing and stakeholders to analyse performance, identify issues, and implement improvements that drive efficiency and consistency.

The role emphasises data interpretation, KPI tracking and strong Excel-based analysis, with exposure to SAP and a broad Finance transformation agenda. 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
