Investment Banking Associate

We are working with a well-established investment bank looking to add a strong Associate to its team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious investment banking professional looking to join a high-performing team, gain exposure to a broad range of transactions and take the next step in their career.

The Role:

• Execute M&A and other corporate finance transactions from origination through to completion.
• Build and analyse complex financial models, valuations and transaction materials.
• Work closely with senior bankers, clients and other key stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Take ownership of deal execution while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Currently an Associate within an investment bank or corporate finance advisory firm.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Experience executing M&A transactions and managing multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially minded, proactive and motivated to develop within a growing platform.

Sector experience may be flexible depending on the team, with candidates from a range of investment banking backgrounds encouraged to apply.
