  • Maintain a clean, safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain professional standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and pupil wellbeing.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people.
  • Experience supporting individuals with personal care needs or additional needs.
  • A caring, patient, respectful, and compassionate approach.
  • Comfortable providing personal care, including toileting and hygiene support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain pupils’ dignity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and the importance of pupil wellbeing.
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a school team.
  • Has the right to work in the UK and is available full-time.
