Brook View Neurological Centre in Worcester seeks a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological conditions. You will combine care, therapy support and companionship to help residents gain independence.
You will work with residents, their families and the multidisciplinary team, follow individual care plans, assist with daily living, support therapy sessions and help with rehabilitation toward personal goals. Salary: £28,014.26 per annum, 39.375 hours/week, full-time.
