- Own delivery of multiple defence and government programmes from initiation through to close, tracking scope, budget and risk as you go

Here are the skills you’ll need:
- Active SC clearance, non-negotiable given the nature of the work
- Several years running programmes within Defence & Government, ideally with exposure to MOD or central government frameworks
- Comfortable with formal governance (PRINCE2, MSP or similar) but not precious about process for its own sake
- Strong budget and risk management skills, with a track record of keeping programmes financially honest
- Clear communicator who can brief a minister’s office one hour and a delivery team the next
- Able to work independently in a small team where you’ll genuinely wear more than one hat
