Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook fresh, balanced meals for residents daily.
Adapt recipes to meet individual dietary requirements, allergies, and preference requests.
Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all food prep areas.
Assist with stock rotation, food prep, and kitchen maintenance.
Requirements
Essential: Previous experience cooking in a residential care home, nursing facility, or similar care setting.
Relevant Food Hygiene certification.
Knowledge of dietary requirements common in care environments (e.g., modified textures, diabetic diets).
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable attitude.
