Strategic HR Business Partner — People & Change

Lakes College West Cumbria is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver expert HR guidance across the college. You will partner with managers, shape staff culture and help the college achieve its strategic objectives in a busy, education-focused environment.

You’ll lead on employee relations, recruitment, policy, data reporting and organisational change, while ensuring compliance and a high-quality, customer-focused HR service across the college.
