Pharma Lab Technician – Temp to Perm, Growth & Development

Pertemps North Midlands is recruiting a temp to perm Lab Assistant to support the production of medicines in Burton on Trent. This role offers a pathway from temporary to permanent employment within a medical manufacturing environment.

You will work in the compounding unit, following strict procedures, measuring and mixing chemicals, and ensuring quality checks are completed for dispatch. Shift patterns include alternating hours with a rotating schedule.
