Head of Internal Communications & Engagement — Hybrid

Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is seeking a Head of Internal Communications and Engagement to join the Communications Directorate. This role can be based at London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York, or Glasgow and ORR operates a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of time in a workplace location.

The successful candidate will lead internal communications and engagement efforts to support change, strengthen culture and ensure people feel informed and connected.
