This is a rewarding opportunity to provide support during the night, helping people feel safe, comfortable and reassured in their own homes while promoting their independence and wellbeing.
Shift Pattern: 9:30pm to 8:00am

What Will You Be Doing?
- Providing reassurance and emotional support during the night
- Supporting individuals with personal care in a dignified and respectful manner
- Assisting with bedtime and morning routines where required
- Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training
- Conducting regular welfare and safety checksResponding promptly to calls for assistance and support needs
- Maintaining accurate records and handovers for day staff
- Promoting independence, choice and person-centred support
- Ensuring the environment remains safe, clean and comfortable throughout the night
- Building positive, professional and trusting relationships with the people we support

- Living locally to Bromborough or within a reasonable travelling distance
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
