Job Description:
Royal Victoria Hospital is recruiting an Assistant Head Chef to support the Head Chef and lead a section of the hospital kitchen. The role focuses on delivering high-quality catering for patients, staff and visitors while maintaining HACCP, health and safety and COSHH standards.
Applicants should have supervisory experience in large-scale catering and a solid understanding of hospital food service procedures. The post is part-time, with weekend enhancements where applicable.
