999 Emergency Call Handler – Norwich (Full-Time)

East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking Emergency Call Handlers in Norwich. The role involves answering 999 calls, delivering appropriate triage decisions, and supporting patients in distress. Training is provided and no clinical experience is required.

The position is full-time with a mix of day and night shifts, working within our Emergency Operating Centre. Pre-employment checks apply and ongoing training will be provided to ensure safe, effective communication with callers.
