You will be the first point of contact for clients, advisers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while handling reception duties and supporting administrative tasks.
You will also assist with diary management, meeting coordination and provide support to the Group Marketing Partner, contributing to a smooth running of the office.
