Decathlon UK Ltd in London is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to support customers across phone, email and social media channels. You will help customers with product questions, order issues and after-sales service to ensure they leave delighted with our products and service.

Role includes in-store support and omnichannel assistance, with opportunities to develop product knowledge through hands-on training and Decathlon Academy. Evening and weekend work is required.
