Senior M&A Finance Lead for Group Acquisitions

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Group Acquisitions Finance Manager to lead and control financial and tax aspects of the surgery acquisition process across our international network. You will partner with the Head of Acquisition Finance to drive disciplined deal execution from due diligence through completion.

Your experience in in-house M&A or corporate finance, together with a strong grasp of completion accounts and tax considerations, will help protect and enhance value during acquisitions.
