Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting an Estates Manager to oversee a UK property portfolio. You’ll work closely with the Head of Property to manage estate performance, lead transactions, negotiate leases, and identify opportunities to maximise value and efficiency across sites.
The role requires an RICS qualification, a degree in Estate Management or related field, and at least five years’ experience in property, with strong financial and commercial acumen to drive long-term strategy.
