Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Limited (DSFS) is seeking an EPR Data Migration Lead to plan, manage and deliver the data migration for the new Electronic Patient Record system. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure accurate extraction, cleansing and migration from legacy systems into Nervecentre, supporting a safe go-live.
Hybrid working is available, with a requirement to be on site at Sherwood Forest Hospitals at least three days per week.
