Youth Mental Health Screening & Triage Clinician

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse to join Mindworks Surrey, working across hubs in Chertsey, Guildford and Leatherhead. The role focuses on screening, triage and assessing young people for emotional wellbeing and mental health needs within an NHS framework.
