ASDA is looking for a Fresh Manager in Norwich to lead the Fresh department and ensure top availability and shop floor standards. You will manage waste and date code compliance, keep the store safe and legal, and drive the shrink agenda with your team.
You will plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor, coach your team for continuous improvement, and focus on delivering great customer service while meeting key metrics and briefs. Weekend and evening flexibility is required.
