Talent Partner – Strategic Account Management

• Own a portfolio of client relationships end to end, including briefing, delivery, feedback, and follow-up
• Scope roles, interrogate requirements, and challenge clients when appropriate
• Run the client-side hiring process, maintaining fast feedback and interview momentum
• Analyse Dex pipelines and manage expectations so offers land
• Negotiate offers with clients
• Grow accounts by turning individual searches into broader relationships
• Deliver market insights, pipeline reporting, candidate assessments, and hiring advice
• Use Dex as a power user and provide feedback to the product team

Requirements

• Most people who do this well have 2+ years in recruitment (agency or internal), though candidates with raw ingredients and drive are also considered
• Highly organised, compelling, smart, and driven
• Commercially sharp and comfortable holding your ground with senior people
• Able to engage with a wide variety of people, including first-time founders, Heads of Engineering, and VPs of Talent
• Credible with hiring managers and effective with stakeholders
• Understands enough about engineering to be taken seriously
• Demonstrated excellence in current and previous roles
• Highly motivated to build an exceptional team
• Required to complete a short take-home exercise and participate in interviews, task review, culture fit and values assessment, and final interview
