Criminal Justice Recovery Navigator

Change Grow Live is a charity focused on providing compassionate support to service users in Newham. We are seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage individuals, ensuring access to the right interventions at the right time within our Criminal Justice team.

The role involves working across courts, probation, and prisons, with responsibilities including assessments, prison release processes, probation support, and facilitating voluntary referrals from police.
