What You’ll Do

• Source and close partnerships (rallies, teams, sponsors, brands)
• Build sponsorship proposals, packages, and renewals
• Own relationship management and partner success
• Represent Pineamite at events and in the motorsport community

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine motorsport interest + strong network instincts
• Track record closing sponsorship or commercial deals
• Exceptional communicator (written + spoken)

Nice Additions

• Experience with rights holders, teams, venues, or agencies
• Comfortable negotiating value-led packages
• Strong follow-up cadence and CRM discipline
