Cambridge-based RF/Microwave Mechanical Engineer

Filtronic seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Cambridge team, supporting RF and microwave products from concept to production. You will design lightweight, thermally efficient mechanical assemblies, covering heatsinks, enclosures and waveguide architectures.

You will work with RF, electronics and systems engineers to optimise mechanical features that influence RF performance, perform CFD/FEA analyses, and ensure manufacturability through CNC, die-casting or sheet metal processes.
