• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support with medication in accordance with care plans and training.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Carry out light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
• Promote clients’ independence, dignity, privacy and wellbeing.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns or changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate daily care records and follow individual care plans.
