Deputy Home Manager – Children’s Homes & Outdoor Ed Lead

Sgscare in Shropshire is recruiting a Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in running three solo occupancy children’s homes. You will deputise in the Home Manager’s absence, manage resources, lead staff teams in behaviour management, and ensure high‑quality residential care and education practices.

Predominantly Monday to Friday office hours with a rota of at least four shifts including sleep-ins; on-call duties are part of the role.
