Strategic HRBP for Manufacturing & Union Relations (Hybrid)

Dudman Tidbury HR Ltd is seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner to support the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions in a Lancashire-based business with a global reach. You will report to the divisional HR Director and partner with the Senior Leadership Team.

The role blends strategic vision with hands-on pragmatism, operating in a unionised environment to maintain positive labour relations. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite on Fylde.
