GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to shape culture and partner on HR topics across two sites in Stoke-on-Trent and Barton. You will own ER matters, champion wellbeing and drive business performance with one direct report.
The role requires CIPD Level 5, union engagement experience, and a strong track record in employee relations. Regular travel between sites is expected; core hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday.
