Part-Time Store Supervisor & Team Coach

LUSH in London is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the sales team, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a positive shop floor atmosphere.

You will coach colleagues, coordinate with the store manager and neighbouring stores, manage shifts, and ensure health and safety standards while driving sales. This 18-hour-per-week role starts ASAP and runs until 31 December 2026, with interviews in late October. There is emphasis on development and teamwork across the business.
