Out-of-Hours Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Contracted)

Practice Plus Group is seeking a Contracted Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours team in Worcestershire. This role focuses on urgent unscheduled care delivered by general practice clinicians when GP surgeries are closed.

You will assess and treat patients referred from 111 or by paramedics and district nursing teams, AED or MIU, with access to private health insurance and rewards schemes. The OOH service operates from 18:30 to 08:00 Monday to Friday, and 24 hours on weekends.
