Computational Biologist — Microbiome & ML (Hybrid)

Generative Group in London is seeking a Computational Biologist to turn microbiome data into insights and robust methods for scientific work. You will lead computational studies, assess data quality, and identify when follow-up experiments are needed.

You will analyse 16S and metagenomic data, develop repeatable workflows, and work with ML colleagues to define meaningful features and benchmarks. The role is hybrid in London.
