We’re recruiting an experienced Plumber to join an established team working on social housing maintenance contracts across SE London.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing maintenance and repairs in domestic properties
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, plumbing faults and heating issues
• Servicing and repairing radiators, pumps and motorised valves
• Carrying out power flushing on heating systems
• Completing work to a high standard and within required timescales
• Maintaining accurate job records and following health and safety procedures

Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent
• Experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel across SE London
