Data Protection & Governance Officer (12-month, London/Newcastle)

The Labour Party is seeking an Information and Governance Officer to oversee the data protection function and provide governance support within the Governance and Legal Unit. The role involves DSAR handling, ICO liaison, and escalation of complex legal questions to Legal Counsel.

Working arrangements are London/Newcastle-based HQ with four days in the office and Fridays for home working; the role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a London Weighting allowance if based in London.
