Recovery Support & Groups Lead (Full-Time)

South West Recovery Café invites applications for a Recovery Support Officer. In Year 1 the role focuses on Dumfries and Annan, with expansion in Year 2–3 to Upper Nithsdale, Stewartry and the west of the region, aligning services with local needs and funding.

The post requires experience supporting people in addiction and on their recovery journey, ability to lead group work and provide one‑to‑one support, and strong communication, organisation and partnership skills.
