We’re recruiting for a well-established Leicester manufacturing business specialising in bespoke sheet metal fabrication and precision metalwork. This is an opportunity to develop your estimating and commercial skills, with the potential to progress into an Account Manager position.

The Role
- Review customer enquiries, engineering drawings and specifications
- Prepare accurate estimates, costings and quotations
- Liaise with internal teams to understand manufacturing requirements
- Support quotation follow-ups and customer enquiries
- Help coordinate orders from quotation through to production
- Develop commercial knowledge and customer relationship skills
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in estimating, quotations or technical costing within manufacturing or engineering
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- An interest in developing towards a customer-facing commercial role
Experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, laser cutting or precision manufacturing would be advantageous.
