Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze customer data across digital and offline channels
• Generate actionable insights to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and IT
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Support CRM strategies by identifying trends, segmentation, and opportunities
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with GDPR

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in data analysis or customer insights
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with data
