Urban Resilience Partner — Emergency Planning Lead

GMCA is seeking a Business Partner to provide emergency planning, response, and resilience services to the ten councils of Greater Manchester. The role operates within the Greater Manchester Resilience Unit and involves liaising with multi-agency partners to strengthen urban resilience.

You will build relationships with councils/GMCA, ensure resilience needs inform the Unit’s business plan, and promote best practices across authorities while working in a hybrid arrangement across Manchester
