Delivery Lead – Recruitment Resourcing (London & SE)

PRS is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcing Lead/Manager to lead a high‑performing delivery team across London and the South East. You will own candidate delivery, team performance and process improvement to support growth.

Lead seven delivery consultants, set clear objectives and KPIs, coach the team, and partner with management to ensure the right candidates and smooth onboarding, registrations and onboarding. This is a authentic leadership role with real accountability.
