Reactor Chemistry Assistant Scientist – Nuclear Safety

Babcock is recruiting an Assistant Scientist Reactor Chemistry at Devonport Royal Dockyard. You’ll support reactor chemistry monitoring, surveillance and compliance activities, working with the Reactor Chemistry team to maintain laboratory standards and manage chemical and radioactive material controls.

The role is full time on-site, 35 hours per week, with security clearance (SC) expected. A UK driving licence and science qualifications are required, with preference for dockyard/nuclear
