Property Director

Property Director – Home based with travel – £105,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting for a Property Director to lead the property, estates and facilities strategy across a complex multi-site healthcare company.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the property, estates and facilities strategy, aligning investment and priorities with organisational growth.
• Oversee portfolio performance, maintenance, asset lifecycle planning and utilisation.
• Manage property, facilities and capital budgets, including forecasting and investment appraisal.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, health and safety, fire, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Oversee major capital, refurbishment, acquisition and development projects, minimising operational disruption.
• Lead and develop the property and estates team, driving service quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage outsourced providers, consultants and contractors, ensuring value for money and effective performance.
• Advise senior stakeholders and oversee property risks, business continuity and assurance.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Property/Estates Director or in a similar senior role within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Strong knowledge of property management, estates compliance and relevant regulations.
• Experience managing significant budgets, capital programmes and supplier contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare sector experience would be desirable.
