Job Description:
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust seeks two registered mental health nurses to join the Early Days in Custody team at HMP Swaleside. You will deliver holistic mental health support during prisoners’ initial custody and develop care plans with patients and families.
You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, covering some in-reach duties, administration of depot antipsychotics, and coordinating care across services to ensure safety and continuity for new arrivals during their first 14 days in custody.
