Production Operator – Full Training & Career Growth

LINDAL Valve Co. Ltd. in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to run and monitor automatic lines, perform basic interventions, and conduct quality checks. You will handle materials, changeovers, and documentation while ensuring safe, efficient production.

The role includes full training, opportunities for progression, and a night-shift pattern (Mon–Fri, 10pm–6am) with bonuses and benefits. Prior operator experience is welcome but not required.
