Lead Data Scientist: Pricing & Analytics Strategy

Hastings Direct is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to shape and deliver advanced Data Science solutions across the business. You will lead a team of Data Scientists from exploration to deployment, working with stakeholders to apply modelling to pricing, telematics, claims and customer behaviour across the insurance lifecycle.

You will drive robust, scalable models, governance and monitoring while collaborating with Data Engineering and Technology to productionise data pipelines.
