ILS & Alternative Capital Structurer – London (Hybrid)

Swiss Re Capital Markets in London is seeking an ILS & Alternative Capital Structurer to originate, structure and execute innovative ILS transactions. You will work with a top team across property & casualty and life & health sectors, applying Monte Carlo methods and robust cash flow models.

The role requires a maths/finance/economics background, 2–5 years IB experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Hybrid work model with base salary GBP 72k–108k plus performance-based incentives.
