People Analytics & Reward Analyst (Hybrid, Manchester)

OFG Education in Manchester is seeking a People Analytics and Reward Analyst to improve data quality across the Group, turning data into actionable insight for workforce planning and reward decisions.

You will cleanse and align employee data with HR systems, develop dashboards on headcount and costs, and support pay, benefits, pensions and budgeting. This hands-on role requires strong Excel skills, experience with BI tools such as Power BI, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
