Financial Due Diligence Manager | Leading UK Advisory Firm

A fast-growing national advisory firm is looking for a Financial Due Diligence Manager to lead buy-side and sell-side mandates and take real ownership of client relationships from day one.

The role

• Lead FDD and transaction services projects day to day, from scoping and resourcing through to delivery
• Be the main point of contact for clients and targets, building relationships that lead to future work
• Analyse historical and forecast financials, challenge assumptions and present clear, insightful reports
• Review financial models and own the quality of every deliverable
• Coach and develop junior team members
• Contribute to origination: networking, proposals and identifying new clients alongside the Partners
• Manage engagement take-on, risk and compliance

What you’ll bring

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• 3+ years in transactions or corporate finance
• Strong numerical and modelling skills, with the ability to interrogate data and spot issues early
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
• Confidence working with clients and senior stakeholders to demanding timetables
• Experience with lenders or debt transactions is a plus
